"Courtesy should be emphasized to others staying at the hotel. While we were there, numerous families were also occupying rooms. The children were not supervised. They were playing with large balls in the hallways, having pillow fights, and also banging on all the room doors. My husband and I were in the area to attend a funeral and found the behavior of the children, as well as the indifference of attitude of the parents to be quite alarming. Of course the staff was not involved but perhaps "courtesy reminders" signs might be in order for this particular area hotel."
